Warranty

I believe a warranty should be simple, clear, and fair. When I repair or install something, I want you to feel confident that the work is done right — and that I’ll stand behind it. My warranties are straightforward, with no hidden conditions or surprise requirements.

Repair Warranty

All repairs include a 30‑day warranty on parts and labor, with one exception:

• Springs: 2‑year warranty

Springs are the heart of the system, and when installed correctly, they should last. I use high‑quality springs and stand behind them longer than most companies.

Installation Warranty

• New garage door installations: 2‑year warranty
• New opener installations: 2‑year warranty

This covers both parts and labor. If anything I install has an issue related to workmanship or a defective part, I’ll take care of it.

No Fine Print, No Required Maintenance Contracts

Some companies require you to schedule multiple paid “maintenance visits” per year to keep your warranty valid. I don’t believe in that approach. A warranty should protect you — not obligate you to buy additional services.

My warranties are valid without:

• quarterly service visits
• mandatory tune‑ups
• paid maintenance plans
• hidden conditions

If I fix something, I stand behind it. If I install something, I stand behind that too.

What’s Not Covered

Just to be clear and transparent:

• Damage caused by accidents, impact, or misuse
• Damage from other contractors or DIY adjustments
• Issues caused by unrelated failing parts
• Normal wear and tear outside the warranty period

If you ever have a question about whether something is covered, just ask. I’m always happy to explain things in plain language.

My Promise

I’ve repaired and installed thousands of garage doors over the years, and I take pride in doing the job right the first time. My warranty is simply an extension of that philosophy — honest work, backed by honest support.

If something I repaired or installed isn’t working the way it should, I’ll make it right.
